There will be a PeeWee A Provincial Banner raising ceremony during the Storm game on Friday, September 10, 2010.

The rep tryout scheduled times are posted on the calendar here on the home page.  Just go to the calendar on the right-hand side of the home page and click on any date that has a white box around it.  This will show you all the scheduled ice times for that particular day.

You need to go to the www.bchockey.net website and click on the Clinics page and you HAVE to register online, no exceptions.    Look for the clinic for this coaching level here in Campbell River and then hit the sign up icon.    Please register asap in order that we have the minimum numbers to host this clinic.

 

In order to be a coach/assistant coach or on the hockey bench at all, you MUST have this coaching clinic or you will not be allowed on the bench.

 

If you do not want to register your child for hockey on-line, go to "Register Here" drop down, select forms, select Registration pages 1 and 2, print off and complete them, and then go to the hockey office to hand in to Deline.  She is there Mon - Fri 4-6pm.

On the CRMHA website home page, click on "Registration Here", and then click on "new link"

If you registered your child on-line last year, you can select the box "Already Have An Account?", and login.  If you cannot remember your password, scroll down to the bottom of this page and select, "Forgot Your Password?"

If you did not register your child on-line last year, (the family account login cannot be used for this registration) then you will select "New to the Site?" and begin the process of setting up an account.  Enter all required fields on the page with your personal contact information.  The personal information that you enter in this area is your own, not the registrants (your child). Check the "I am also a Guardian/Emergency Contact" checkbox. If you are the registrant's legal guardian, this will ensure that you will not have to re-enter the information later on in the process.

Once you have submitted your information, you must check your email to continue with the registration process.   In your activation email, click on the link within to activate your account. 

Once your account is activated you can log in and register the player.  Login using your email and password.  The first time you register, you will have to enter in the child's information, and the system will store this information.

When are you are the step where you choose which division you are registering your child in, if they are trying out for a rep team, please select either one of the following: Atom AA rep, Peewee AA rep, Bantam AA rep, or Midget AA rep.

 Hockey Registration Fees for 2010/2011 season

Fees: Players of any age that have not been previously registered in any minor hockey assocation, full payment must be made at the time of registration:                 $55.00 + $10.00 (raffle fee) = $65.00

Fees for players who have previously played minor hockey:  Add $30.00 to fees if paid after July 28, 2010

Pre-Novice (B/D 2004-2005)                      $165.00 + $10.00 Raffle Fee = $175.00

Novice (B/D 2002-2003)                              $220.00 + $10.00 Raffle Fee = $230.00

Atom & Older (B/D 1992-2001)                  $345.00 + $10.00 Raffle Fee = $355.00

3rd & Subsequent Child                              1/2 of regular fee + $10.00 Raffle Fee

Female on 2 teams in CRMHA                   $110.00 for 2nd team

Rep Tryouts - *Sept 7-12*

Please indicate on the registration form and add $30.00 to your registration fee if you child is interested in trying out for a rep team (Atom & Older).   If your child is succesful and makes a Rep team, rep fees are $180.00 for Atom and Female, and $210.00 PeeWee to Midget. You will be contacted later in the summer with tryout times. 

A minimum $100.00 deposit per child is due at the time of registration.  The balance is payable by 1 or 2 post dated cheques must be included with the registration, be paid in full by September 15, 2010, and be in the Minor Hockey office by Wednesday, July 28, 2010 in order to qualify for the discounted fee.  Late fees apply to players previously registered with CRMHA only.  The office is generally open Monday - Friday 4:00 - 6:00pm.  If you are coming to register in person, please call first to make sure we are there.  

If you are having financial difficulties and cannot adhere to this payment schedule, please contact the office and we can discuss an alternate payment plan.  You must do this by July 28, 2010 or the payment policy as explained in the preceding paragraph will apply.  There will be a $20.00 charge on all cheques that do not clear your account (NSF or other).  Once you have received notification from us regarding an NSF cheque, you have 15 days to clear the matter up.  If we do not receive the replacement funds in that time period, your child will have ice time suspended.

Jersey Deposit

Please include a separate cheque for $75.00 dated April 30, 2011, with your registration.  Your child will only be given a jersey in September if this deposit has been paid for before the season starts.  This cheque will be cashed if the jersey is not returned at the end of the season. If you do not have cheques, you must pay the jersey deposit in cash, which will be refunded to you at the end of the season as long as the jersey has been returned.

Refunds

All requests for refunds must be in writing and accompanied by a doctor's note if an injury or illness is the reason.  Approved refunds will be less the Hockey Canada Insurance cost and a prorated user fee.  Refunds wil be made according to the CRMHA Policy & Procedures Manual.

Criminal Record Checks

The forms are available in the Minor Hockey Office.  Criminal record checks are mandatory for any position held within CRMHA (coach, assistant coach, division manager, team manager, safety person, executive).  If you did not have one done last season, please ensure you do so this season.
