Presentation to Island JADE

Thank you Ironside Tyees for the generous donations of jackets, boots, blankets, snow pants, etc, etc, etc! The items were presented to Island JADE today and the organizers were very touched by the donations.
The items will be brought to the soup kitchen to start and from then, out in the community, wherever they are needed - from ages 91 all the way down to infants!!!
Bantam Tyees - Torch Carriers!!!!

The Bantam Tyees have been selected as one of the sports teams to represent Campbell River as the torch is carried through. They will participate in a parade which will start on 9th and proceed through Shoppers Row to the Spirit Center.
Way to go boys!!!
